Oregon Coast Aquarium Field Trip
April 1-2, 2009

Mrs. Cordle's class is selling World's Finest Chocolate candy bars to raise the money for our field trip to the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport, Oregon. This is an exciting two day trip to the coast where we learn about marine animal characteristics and habitats. Students will travel through the exhibits, go on a scavanger hunt, and participate in hands-on activities. At the end of the evening, they will lay their sleeping bags in the tunnels and sleep under the sharks, fish, and rays. The trip will also include a morning behind-the-scenes tour of the aquarium.
The students are raising money to pay for the aquarium admission and bus costs. Our class has set a goal and is working very hard to make it happen. You can check below to see how we are doing.
